All orders are shipped by DHL and therefore cannot be shipped to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO Addresses or Russia
Please note that customs, duties, and taxes for shipments outside of Mauritius are not covered by Aima Dora and are the customer's responsibility.
Aima Dora is not responsible for delays in shipping or delivery due to forces outside of our control such as carrier issues or inclement weather.
RETURNS | REFUNDS & EXCHANGES
Your satisfaction is our priority! In the case of a return, we offer you the following options:
- Store credit
- Exchange
- Refund
Timeframe: You have a 14-day window from the date of receipt of your order to initiate the process. In 2 steps:
- Send an email to hello@aimadora.com with your order number, indicating the reason for the return and your choice among our 3 options mentioned above.
- Send back the unworn items in perfect condition, in the packaging of the provided fabric pouch, with all tags attached. Address: Aima Dora Swimwear, Crn of Royal Road & Wilson Avenue, Belle Rose 77204, Mauritius.
Once we receive the items and examine your return, we will notify you by email.
- Store credit: The store credit issued is valid for 6 months after receiving your return.
- Exchange: Once your return is processed, the requested new piece will be manufactured within 5 business days in our atelier and sent to you free of charge.
- Refund: Once your return is processed, a refund will be issued using the same payment method you originally used. Our goal is to process returns promptly. However, please allow up to 14 days for refunds to be visible in your account.
Please note that we can only accept returns or exchanges for items purchased directly from our website, and not from other retail locations or websites.
Kindly note that you are responsible for the return shipping of items for refund/exchange or store credit.

HOW AND WERE ARE AIMA DORA ITEMS MADE?
Each item is meticulously handmade in our atelier in Mauritius. We use sustainable, environmentally friendly fabrics. Our team has extensive expertise in making high-quality swimwear. Their expertise and attention to detail ensure that every Aima Dora piece is made with precision, and care. From design to creation, our swimwear embodies eco-consciousness and deep know-how of making swimwear.
WHAT ARE OUR SWIMSUITS MADE OF?
Our swimwear is made from SEAQUAL190 recycled fabric, composed of 85% polyester and 15% elastane. It is Oeko-Tex Standard 100 certified, ensuring the absence of harmful substances. Rated UPF 50+, our swimwear offers excellent UV protection. Additionally, they are resistant to chlorine, pilling, sunscreen, oil, and sand, ensuring they remain in great condition for a long time!
HOW CAN I BE SURE TO FIND THE RIGHT SIZE?
To find your correct size for our swimwear, we recommend checking our size guide (insert the link). Our
comprehensive guide provides measurements and recommendations to ensure you get the perfect fit.

HOW SOON WILL I RECEIVE MY AIMA DORA ORDER?
Since we operate on exclusively made orders, we can guarantee that the item will be made and shipped within 5 working days from Mauritius. However, we cannot guarantee in advance the exact number of days it will take to receive your package via the DHL carrier. Delivery to Europe generally takes 3 to 7 working days.
HOW CAN I EXCHANGE OR RETURN AN AIMA DORA ITEM?
Please follow these steps:
• Send us an email to hello@aimadora.com within a maximum of 48 hours after receiving the products, specifying your order number.
• Once the return is approved by our customer service, you will receive an email with all the necessary information, and you have fourteen (14) days to return the package.
• Prepare your package: place the product(s) in your package, clean, unworn, unwashed, with the original tag and packaging. Specify your name and whether you want an exchange, credit, or a refund.
• Keep the proof of deposit of the package: In case of a dispute or loss of the package by the carrier, the deposit slip will be valid, and the refund of the returned product(s) can be processed in this way.
We offer free returns for your first purchase.
HOW CAN I TRACK THE DELIVERY OF MY ORDER?
