International delivery above €150 - Free rate
All orders are shipped by DHL and therefore cannot be shipped to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO Addresses or Russia
We want everyone to enjoy Aima Dora however we cannot cover the costs of customs, duties and / or taxes for shipments outside Mauritius.
Aima Dora is not responsible for delays in shipping or delivery due to forces outside of our control such as carrier issues or inclement weather.

Goods can be returned within 14 days of receipt – please request a return by emailing hello@aimadora.com quoting your order number.
As a small company we currently cannot facilitate free returns, however we are happy to refund orders if goods are returned in an unworn condition with all tags & hygiene strips still intact.
Also we are sustainable brand so we would like to avoid extra shipping to avoid generating more carbon foot print hence pls do choose your items carefully.
We reserve the right to refuse returns that are (1) shipped after the 14-day grace period: (2) worn; (3) altered; (4) wash; (5) without hygiene lining; (6) or damaged in any way. All tags must be fully attached at the time of return.
EXCHANGES
If you wish to exchange your item(s), simply get in touch via hello@aimadora.com for exchanging. You will be provided with a return address once the exchange has been approved.
When your return has been received and inspected by our team, the replacement will be sent out.
As a small brand we currently cannot facilitate the shipping charges. You, the customer are solely responsible for returning your item(s), including the returns charge, so please choose a trackable service.
Items being exchanged must be unworn and unused, with the original tags and hygienic seal attached and in the original packaging.
Any returns that do not meet the requirements of our returns policy, will not be accepted and no refund/exchange awarded.
We are unable to accept returns or exchanges for items purchased at other retail locations or other websites.
Sale items are ALL FINAL SALE and are not eligible for return or exchange.
