How soon will I receive my Aima Dora order?
Since we operate on exclusively made orders, we can guarantee that the item will be made and shipped within 5 working days from Mauritius. However, we cannot guarantee in advance the exact number of days it will take to receive your package via the DHL carrier. Delivery to Europe generally takes 3 to 7 working days.
What are the delivery costs?
Delivery is free for international orders over €80.
How can I track the delivery of my order?
We invite you to visit our carrier DHL's website (https://www.dhl.com/mu-en/home/tracking.html). All the steps will be indicated, including the estimated delivery date.
I haven't received my order. What should I do?
If an issue arises, please contact us as soon as possible via email at firstname.lastname@example.org for all orders placed on the website www.aimadora.com. We will find a solution!
Is my country part of your delivery zone?
We deliver worldwide, with the exception of the following locations: Eswatini, Isle of Man, Pitcairn Islands, Caribbean Netherlands, Western Sahara, Svalbard and Jan Mayen, British Indian Ocean Territory, Tokelau, Tristan da Cunha, Ascension Island. Please note that delivery to military HUBs is not available.
RETURNS AND REFUNDS
How can I exchange or return an Aima Dora item?
Please follow these steps:
• Send us an email to email@example.com within a maximum of 48 hours after receiving the products, specifying your order number.
• Once the return is approved by our customer service, you will receive an email with all the necessary information, and you have fourteen (14) days to return the package.
• Prepare your package: place the product(s) in your package, clean, unworn, unwashed, with the original tag and packaging. Specify your name and whether you want an exchange, credit, or a refund.
• Keep the proof of deposit of the package: In case of a dispute or loss of the package by the carrier, the deposit slip will be valid, and the refund of the returned product(s) can be processed in this way.
We offer free returns for your first purchase.
Can I exchange an item?
We do not offer direct exchanges on our website, but we can provide you with a store credit so you can order the desired product. To benefit from this, we invite you to contact Aima Dora customer service at the following address: firstname.lastname@example.org. Our team will get back to you to inform you of the steps to follow.
Can I get a refund?
You can get a refund if the items do not fit. However, items returned without packaging, without tags, incomplete, damaged, deteriorated, soiled, or used will not be refunded. The refund can be issued in the form of a store credit or through the payment method used when placing your order. Please note that the refund for an order paid with a gift card or store credit will automatically be issued as store credit.
What is the refund timeframe?
We process refunds for returned items within 15 days of receiving the item in our facilities. Items returned without packaging, without tags, incomplete, damaged, deteriorated, soiled, or used will not be refunded and will be automatically returned to you. Please note that your bank may take up to 14 business days to issue a refund to your credit card. Please also note that the refund for an order paid with a gift card or store credit will be automatically issued as store credit.
For what reasons can I return an item?
If the item does not suit/fit you, you can return it by sending an email to email@example.com. If you need a different size, another model, or a different color, we invite you to return the item by requesting a return and placing a new order on our website. Your return request must be made within 48 hours of receiving each item in question. You will then have 14 days to return them.
MY ITEM HAS A DEFECT
We only want to offer you the most beautiful swimsuits, made with care! If, despite our efforts, your item has a defect, please provide all the information related to your order. You can contact our customer service team directly at the following email address: firstname.lastname@example.org. Don't forget to attach photos of your defective item to your message! This will help us offer you the best possible solution. For minor repairs (sewing, etc.), we take care of them.

Can I modify my cart?
You can add and remove items as long as your order has not been validated.
How can I modify and/or cancel my order?
You can cancel your order within 5 days of purchase if it has not yet been handed over to the carrier and has not reached the shipping stage. To do so, please contact our customer service team at email@example.com, specifying your order number.
How can I confirm if my order has been successfully placed?
The moment you complete your purchase, you will receive an email confirming your order with a
summary of it.

Where is your swimwear made?
All our swimwear is proudly designed, developed and made for end consumer in our own atelier located in Mauritius. How are Aima Dora items made?
Each item is meticulously handmade in our atelier in Mauritius. We use sustainable, environmentally friendly fabrics. Our team has extensive expertise in making high-quality swimwear. Their expertise and attention to detail ensure that every Aima Dora piece is made with precision, and care. From design to creation, our swimwear embodies eco-consciousness and deep know-how of making swimwear.
What are our swimsuits made of?
Our swimwear is made from SEAQUAL190 recycled fabric, composed of 85% polyester and 15% elastane. It is Oeko-Tex Standard 100 certified, ensuring the absence of harmful substances. Rated UPF 50+, our swimwear offers excellent UV protection. Additionally, they are resistant to chlorine, pilling, sunscreen, oil, and sand, ensuring they remain in great condition for a long time!
