All orders are shipped by DHL and therefore cannot be shipped to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO Addresses or Russia
Please note that customs, duties, and taxes for shipments outside of Mauritius are not covered by Aima Dora and are the customer's responsibility.

Aima Dora is not responsible for delays in shipping or delivery due to forces outside of our control such as carrier issues or inclement weather. 

RETURNS | REFUNDS & EXCHANGES

Your satisfaction is our priority! In the case of a return, we offer you the following options:

  • Store credit
  • Exchange
  • Refund

Timeframe: You have a 14-day window from the date of receipt of your order to initiate the process. In 2 steps:

  • Send an email to hello@aimadora.com with your order number, indicating the reason for the return and your choice among our 3 options mentioned above.
  • Send back the unworn items in perfect condition, in the packaging of the provided fabric pouch, with all tags attached. Address: Aima Dora Swimwear, Crn of Royal Road & Wilson Avenue, Belle Rose 77204, Mauritius.

Once we receive the items and examine your return, we will notify you by email.

  • Store credit: The store credit issued is valid for 6 months after receiving your return.
  • Exchange: Once your return is processed, the requested new piece will be manufactured within 5 business days in our atelier and sent to you free of charge.
  • Refund: Once your return is processed, a refund will be issued using the same payment method you originally used. Our goal is to process returns promptly. However, please allow up to 14 days for refunds to be visible in your account.

Please note that we can only accept returns or exchanges for items purchased directly from our website, and not from other retail locations or websites.

Kindly note that you are responsible for the return shipping of items for refund/exchange or store credit.
